Vinnie has been working out in the gym since the age of 8, was a star athlete in high school, and has had a long career helping regular people as well as movie stars get fit and healthy.

It may be surprising for some listeners to hear a fitness trainer say that exercise is the least important aspect of both the ‘NEST’ and the ‘ROPE’ for weight-loss, but Vinnie believes just that.
