Welcome to Protecting Your Nest with Dr. Tony Hampton. Amanda Lee is the author of the new book, One of the Lucky Ones—a personal story of surviving and overcoming domestic abuse. She is a survivor of domestic abuse and is here to share the insights she has gained. She is passionate about using her experience with abuse to help others overcome domestic violence in their own lives. Amanda is a sixth-grade teacher in Fairfax County, Virginia where she lives with her two kids.
